An incredible case: In Germering, fraudsters had called to rip off a couple. However, their child answered – and later handed out a huge sum of money at the station.
So-called shock callers captured several thousand euros of cash and high-quality jewelry from a child last Tuesday (10 June) in Germering.
Police are collecting information about the incident and will inform the competent state prosecutor's office of all findings.
With so-called shock calls, fraudsters put potential victims under pressure. In Upper Bavaria, a child has now issued values of more than one hundred thousand euros to unknown people. Because it was afraid of his father.
