Chelmsford tattoo shop makes its mark

CHELMSFORD — A soft buzzing sound emanated from a handheld tattoo machine as Sid Ou applied ink to the upper right arm of Erick Ruiz. Friday’s inking session at Key Moments Tattoo added more art to a large-scale project that eventually will cover Ruiz’s entire arm — what’s called a sleeve in the tattoo trade. To date, the project has taken several sessions and more than 40 hours to ink, and features an octopus, a skull with a crown, a lighthouse…
