BREEZEWOOD, Pa. (WTAJ) -- Charges have been filed after a 6-year-old boy drowned in a pond at Breezewood Proving Grounds in early August. Waylon Cole Brennan, 27, of Bedford, was charged with two counts of felony child endangerment and two counts of misdemeanor reckless endangerment after a child under his care drowned Aug. 3. Bedford Co., Man Facing Charges After Boy Drowns

A Breezewood man is in custody after a 6-year-old boy drowned in a pool while under his care at the Breezewood Proving Grounds last month.  Twenty-seven-year-old Waylon Brennan is facing charges that include endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person.  Police were called to the scene for a report of a missing 6-year-old on the afternoon of August 3rd.  The boy was found deceased at the bottom of a pond after be…
