Charges Expected Against Man Suspected in Deadly MoVal Attack

Felony charges are expected to be filed Wednesday against one young man suspected of gunning down another during a dispute in Moreno Valley. Jacob Nulen Necochea, 19, of Banning was arrested on suspicion of murder Friday following a Riverside County Sheriff’s Department investigation into the death of Angelo Leivas, who was also a 19-year-old from Banning.
