- Joining as one of the first hires in May 2021, Pysnik spearheaded the strategic framework for unscripted endeavors. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex praised her for expertise and "led with her heart in telling beautiful stories."
- The Princeton University graduate previously served as a nonfiction executive at Disney+ and CNN, overseeing award-winning projects at Archewell including the documentary 'Harry & Meghan' and feature film 'Cookie Queens'.
- Archewell Productions continues operating following the couple's August move back to Britain, maintaining a reduced first-look deal with Netflix while pursuing new international media opportunities.
- Meghan is slated to co-host Junior MasterChef Australia with filming scheduled for 2027, as Archewell Productions searches for Pysnik's replacement and expands its content portfolio.
