COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A woman has been charged in the death of four girls who died in a housefire at a home north of Chadbourn on August 30th. 28-year-old Reagan Noelle Powers was charged today with four felony counts of involuntary manslaughter and four felony counts of child abuse.
