CFIA Suspends Abe's Frozen Desserts' Licence
The suspension stops all production under the licences after inspectors found pasteurization, sanitation and record-keeping failures, and no recall has been issued.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) suspends the Safe Food for Canadians licences of Abe’s Frozen Desserts, Terrebonne, Que. While the suspension is in effect, Abe’s Frozen Desserts cannot conduct any activity requiring SFC licences.
