No new upset for Sporting Hasselt. In the Round of 16 of the Croky Cup, De Spor lost 1-2 to Cercle Brugge. At times, De Spor proved to be more than the equal of the Brugge side, but were outmaneuvered twice from set pieces. A goal to narrow the gap made things tense, but the equalizer crashed against the crossbar. Cercle thus (finally) secures its first victory of the season and immediately books a ticket to the next round.
