THE CHRONOPY By February 1925, Julián Carrillo and his students had everything ready to perform world-wide music for the first time in fractions of tone at a concert scheduled at the Teatro Principal in Mexico City, which promoted as the concert in which: “for the first time in the world musical compositions will be heard in a concert with dieciseisavos, octaves and quarters of tone, elements conquered by Mexico in the year 1895.”
