Cellution Biologics Acquires SimpliDerm From Elutia for Up to $11 Million

Cellution Biologics Inc. has completed its acquisition of the SimpliDerm human acellular dermal matrix business from Elutia Inc. (Nasdaq: ELUT), a transaction valued at $8 million at closing plus up to $3 million in additional payments that moves Cellution into the U.S. reconstructive surgery market.
