The Rebbe of Monsey appeared yesterday for a mezuzah installation and a celebration of life at the Tiferet Yaakov synagogue in the Spring Valley district of the city. The Rebbe installed a mezuzah at the entrance to the Beit Midrash, and after holding a celebration of life at the site, he prayed the Mincha prayer in the new temple together with all the members of the community (Chassidim).
