After three days of meeting in Sierra Leone, the chiefs of staff of the organization's member countries have for the first time clearly defined the joint military arrangement to be established in the subregion, consisting initially of 2,000 soldiers who will remain stationed in their country, the force, which will have a joint logistics depot in Freetown, will have to be financed from local funds.
