Lang 2/14/26 A Cedar Rapids man has been fined for slashing another person with a knife at a Coralville construction site last month. Coralville Police say 49-year-old Pedro Barboza Moreno of North Towne Court NE removed a utility knife from his person and purposely sliced at the victim’s face on the morning of January 5th.
