In Groningen, negotiator Ineke van Gent has shared a recommendation for a new coalition. In the municipal elections, PRO, the new combination of GroenLinks and the PvdA, emerged as the largest party by a wide margin with 13 of the 45 seats. D66 followed with 6, but that party does not appear in the coalition recommendation of the former mayor of Schiermonnikoog.
