CBI Middletown suspends after-school programs after federal funding pause

MIDDLETOWN, OHIO, JUL 9 – CBI Middletown halted programs after losing 75% of its budget from a paused federal grant, impacting 100 children and risking layoffs of 28 staff members, officials said.
