CBE Governor Attends 49th Annual Meeting of Arab Central Banks Council in Tunisia
Hassan Abdalla, Governor of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE), is participating on Wednesday in the 49th Annual Meeting of the Council of Arab Central Banks and Monetary Authorities’ Governors, hosted by the Republic of Tunisia.
In a statement to the MAP on the margins of the opening of the 49th ordinary session of the Governing Council of the Central Banks and the Arab issuing institutions, Mr Jouahri said that, in addition to the topics usually discussed at those meetings, the work of the session would bear the political and economic shocks experienced by the world, which had recently been accompanied by trade shocks.
