CASPER, Wyo. — Casper Mayor Ray Pacheco announced on Wednesday that the search for a new city manager has been narrowed to four candidates, who will be interviewed on Sept. 22. “We have scheduled a full day of assessments including an oral presentation and a series of different interviews,” Pacheco said.
