CASPER, Wyo. — Residents of Casper’s neighboring cities will officially see public transit offered throughout the coming fiscal year, after the Casper City Council on Tuesday agreed to contracts with Mills, Evansville and Bar Nunn. Per agreements with the other municipalities, Mills will be charged up to $41,439.45, Evansville will pay up to $41,303.19 and Bar Nunn will pay a maximum of $5,032.47 for transit services in fiscal year 2026.
