The owners of Casey Jones Distillery are confirming the sale of the popular western Kentucky craft distillery that was discussed during Monday’s Pennyrile Area Development District meeting. The decision to sell the business comes roughly two years after the distillery broke ground on a nearly $2 million expansion, which included construction of a rickhouse with a capacity for 3,000 barrels of bourbon and other spirits.
