The lawsuits filed requesting the cancellation of the CHP's 38th Ordinary Congress held on November 4-5, 2023, and the 21st Extraordinary Congress held on April 6 have been combined. The date for both cases to be heard together has been determined as Monday, May 26.
It was decided to combine the lawsuits filed for the cancellation of the CHP's 38th Ordinary Congress held on November 4-5, 2023, and the 21st Extraordinary Congress held on April 6. Bursa Osmangazi Mayor Erkan Aydın, former CHP Osmangazi District Chairman Cengiz Çelikten and Journalist Şaban Sevinç testified within the scope of the investigation. To date, 73 suspects have testified, while 36 people have been interviewed as witnesses.
