Case of mistaken identity leads to traveling barber being detained outside client’s home: Richmond Heights Police Blotter

A woman reported at 10:09 a.m. June 1 that a suspicious vehicle was in her driveway, and she believed that it was occupied by her estranged and violent ex-husband. She said that he had access to weapons and had threatened to come to her home the previous night. Responding officers immediately detained the driver of the vehicle, but then learned that he was not the woman’s ex-husband but instead a man that came to give her son a haircut.
