CARTHAHGE, NY —  On June 8, 2026, the Carthage Police Department arrested Harley P. Sanders, 51, Carthage, NY. Sanders is alleged to have entered the PETAwatt building located at 695 West End Avenue and stole scrap metal belonging to Northstar Auto and Salvage, police said.
