Cartersville Man Arrested for Recycling Stolen Scrap Metal
Todd Hugh Cornett, 59 of Cartersville, was arrested in Rome after reports said he stole scrap metal from IC Biomedical and recycled it for personal gain. Police said that Cornett sold the scrap metal for $3,898 to S/A Recycling back on April 21st. Cornett is charged with felony theft by deception. Source
