The arrival of the third stage of the Tour 2026 in the Angles (Pyrénées-Orientales) devotes the local will to develop cycling practice in all its forms in order to attract tourists outside the winter.
On July 6th, the Tour de France will arrive at the Angles starting from Granollers in Spain and the next day, the race will start from Carcassonne to join Foix in Ariège.
The tour of the Tour de France 2026 was unveiled on Thursday 23 October at the Palais des Congrès in Paris. As always, the Occitanie will be an important passage from the Grande Boucle. Two new arrivals in the Pyrenees, Carcassonne and Foix still stop cities: here is what to remember from the route of the 113th edition in the region.
