The President of the Association of Russian Automobile Dealers (ROAD), Alexey Podzkoldin, stated to RTVI that the organization, contrary to media rumours, had not introduced a bill to impose a tax on cars over the age of 15, adding that, in the current situation, the State would not "take" the disposal of such a number of cars.
