Carpinteria’s Franklin Creek Trail Closed for Improvements

Improvements along Carpinteria’s Franklin Creek Trail are underway, and the route is expected to remain temporarily closed through mid-November for the construction. The $2 million improvement project was originally slated for completion in June, but it faced delays after the review.
