CARES hosts sensory circus for kids on the spectrum

HURRICANE, WV (WOWK) — The Community Autism Resources and Education Systems (CARES) non profit hosted a sensory circus in Valley Park on Saturday along with conventional carnival activities like bounce houses and games.
