- On Wednesday, Lopera’s attorney Tamar Arminak confirmed to Page Six that the paternity has been confirmed and Stefon Diggs is the father of Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera.
- The suit began in December 2024 when Aileen Lopera filed in Los Angeles Superior Court seeking custody and payment of pregnancy, birth, and attorney fees after the baby was born in April 2025.
- In July, Stefon Diggs, NFL player, answered the suit by requesting genetic testing and saying he was `not certain` of paternity, asking for joint legal and joint physical custody if proved.
- With paternity confirmed, Tamar Arminak said the case remains open and will proceed if unresolved; she added, `Now that the child’s paternity has been established and Mr. Diggs has acknowledged his daughter, my client hopes they can work toward being great parents to their child.`
- Stefon Diggs, meanwhile, is already a father to Nova, his 9-year-old daughter, and has moved on with rapper Cardi B, who announced on September 17 she is expecting their child.
