An historic 182-year-old footbridge crossing the River Blackwater in Caledon has been closed to the public as a result of damage. The bridge – famed for it’s striking white-painted wrought iron suspension style – is frequently traversed by residents of Caledon and visitors to the stunning Co Tyrone village.
