AFFORDABLE housing has been handed over to Fife Council in Aberdour following completion of a £4.8 million project delivered by Cala Homes (East). The 21 council properties at the Inchcolm Green development just off Main Street, comprise a mix of two-bedroom cottage flats and terraced houses.
