Cal Poly Humboldt activist Rick Toledo out on bail following protest-related arrest

Cal Poly Humboldt student activist Rick Toledo is free on bail following an arrest that stemmed from a Feb. 2 protest. Supporters have characterized his charges, four felonies including false imprisonment, assault, battery and conspiracy, as "absurd." The university has secured a temporary restraining order, suspended Toledo and appears to be working toward expelling the grad student in his last semester.
