- Court records unsealed Thursday show a federal judge granted expedited discovery and a preliminary injunction, finding that "Bybit has demonstrated a likelihood of success on the merits" in its legal pursuit.
- Approximately $48.4 million in stolen assets has been recovered, while over $30.5 million remains frozen across more than 28 exchanges; Bybit reports 90.2% of the stolen funds became untraceable after passing through laundering networks.
- Bybit CEO Ben Zhou stated, "Our focus has never changed: protect our users first, recover what we can, and make sure the people behind these attacks are held accountable," as civil proceedings continue.
