The Burns Lake & District Chamber of Commerce held their annual Business Excellence Awards on Oct. 21 at the Tweedsmuir Rod & Gun Club. The night was a fun filled night with Black Jack and Roulette tables for entertainment. Kevin Falcon stops in Burns Lake - Houston Today

B.C. United Leader Kevin Falcon and Mayor of Houston Shane Brienen are touring together and stopped at Burns Lake on Oct. 19. Brienen is B.C. United’s candidate for the Nechako Lakes provincial election. They had a closed door meeting at the Omineca Ski Club.
