Burlington, IA-  The Burlington Police Department says a Burlington woman was arrested on Wednesday, November 5th, for stealing an American flag. At about 10 AM Wednesday, Burlington Police officers were made aware that the American flag that had been displayed on the flagpole outside the department had been stolen overnight.
