On Wednesday Afternoon, Des Moines County Sheriff’s Deputies stopped a vehicle for moving and equipment violations at Madison Avenue and Louisa Street. While deputies were speaking with the occupants of the vehicle, they could smell the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The front seat passenger advised deputies he had marijuana inside of his bag. The front seat passenger was identified as Alfred Griffen White, age 54, of Burlington, IA.…
