The Paris Correctional Court handed down sentences of six to 24 months' suspended imprisonment against the CRS who had battled protesters in a Burger King on the margins of a yellow vest demonstration in December 2018.
The nine police officers, who were members at the time of the events of the CRS 43 based in Chalon-sur-Saône (Saône-et-Loire), were all found guilty of voluntary violence with several aggravating circumstances.
