MEDORA, N.D. — He's traveled all over America, talking about and playing the role of Theodore Roosevelt. But Joe Wiegand calls Medora home. So, even as winter turns to spring in Medora, the voice of Teddy Roosevelt still echoes through the western North Dakota town.
