Buford man accused of rigging mail slots to steal checks

BUFORD — A Buford man is under investigation after authorities said he rigged postal mail slots across multiple states to steal more than $150,000 in checks. Apparently, he preferred “mail slot entrepreneurship” over a traditional 9-to-5.
