A drone light show that was supposed to take place over the old town of Budva, Montenegro, on New Year's Eve ended ingloriously before it even got off to a good start. Due to technical problems, around 600 drones fell to the ground or into the sea in front of the assembled crowd.
The New Year's performance with drones in Budva ended with bad luck and significant material damage because the aircraft began to fall in front of a large number of citizens gathered for the reception.
