WILLIAMSPORT — Bucknell University is prepared to settle for $1.15 million without admitting liability in a class action suit over remote instruction during the COVID-19 pandemic.U.S. Middle District Judge Matthew W. Brann was asked Thursday to give preliminary approval of the proposed settlement and certify the suit brought last November by Samantha Camden of New York as a class action.
