BRPD finds stolen U-Haul in traffic stop, two arrested

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) - Shylah Cole, 31, and Clara Young, 30, were taken to prison after a traffic stop in the 200 block of Government Street on Sunday, Dec. 3. The stop happened after a member of the Baton Rouge Police Department learned about a stolen vehicle.
