A woman from Coulsdon has spoken out after being arrested for possession of 46kg of cannabis in Sri Lanka.
21-year-old Charlotte May Lee, a part time beautician, claims she had been ‘set-up’ with £1.2m worth of ‘Kush’ found in her suitcase. Lee claims that she “didn’t know it was there” after she’d arrived on a flight from Thailand following the expiry of her visa. She faces up to 25 years if found guilty.
