Britain to join Trans-Pacific trade pact as soon as this month -FNN
Britain is expected to join the 11 members of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) as early as this month. The CPTPP counts Japan, Australia and New Zealand as members. Britain started talks in 2021 with the CPTPP regarding the pact as an important part of its post-Brexit trade plans.
