British mother on the run after abducting sons from American father on UK visit

- Baier stated both children have autism and that 'abrupt changes to their routine are incredibly damaging to their development and health,' while lawyers raised concerns the boys are not attending school or receiving medical care and a Colorado judge found Samaratunga had 'engaged in activities indicating a planned abduction' and left them 'presently physically and emotionally endangered'.
- The High Court in London has issued orders against JP Morgan Chase, HSBC, Thames Water and the NHS to trace Samaratunga without success, as Baier initiated High Court proceedings to secure his sons' return; Amy Rowe, partner at Hunters Law LLP, stressed 'every day that they remain missing increases the concern for their welfare'.
