Bristol TN proposes roadway changes near Slater Community Center

The City of Bristol, Tennessee has proposed multiple changes to the roadway on McDowell Street just outside of the Slater Community Center. Changes would include blocking the East State Street entrance and putting in a cul-de-sac. Officials say this will alleviate traffic on McDowell street which is used frequently as a cut through route.
