WATERBURY, Conn. (WTNH) — A Thomaston man was arrested Wednesday after an investigation by the Waterbury Police Department’s Special Victims Unit determined incidents of sexual assault against a female minor which occurred in the victim’s Waterbury residence.  According to the Waterbury Police Department, the investigation began on May 27.
