DOUGLAS COUNTY — Motorists heading southeast of Superior on U.S. Highways 2/53 will soon encounter construction on the bridge that carries State Highway 13 over the expressway. Gov. Tony Evers signed a $1.43 million contract with PCiRoads of Maple Grove, Minnesota, for a project to rehabilitate the bridge that crosses over the U.S. highways.
