BEDFORD COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) —The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) will soon begin work on a bridge replacement in Manns Choice. Drivers will have to utilize a 13-mile detour beginning Tuesday, June 3. Workers will be replacing the bridge on Route 31 (Allegheny Road) near the intersection of Route 3010 (Glade Pike) in Manns Choice and Harrison Township.
