A Coalport teen is being named as the victim of a Friday drowning in the Allegheny River. The body of eighteen-year-old Jeril Paul Hutton was recovered from a section of the river in Venango County. State officials say Hutton went into the water and was swept under by a current. Hutton’s death has been ruled as accidental.
