- Adeyemi, 38, faces charges of conspiracy and forgery alongside two accomplices at large; prosecutors argued the forged documents fall under the jurisdiction of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory.
- Following no objections from defense counsel Ibrahim Angulu, SAN, the judge terminated the proceedings and ordered Adeyemi's expeditious fresh arraignment at the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory.
